기초공통교과목(수학, 물리, 화학) 및 전공학습에 어려움을 느끼는 외국인 학부생/ 기초공통교과목(수학, 물리, 화학) 및 전공학습 성적이 우수하여 지도가 가능한 학부생(국적 상관 없음) - 모집인원: 튜터 및 튜티(12~24명) 선착순 모집 - 신청링크: https://forms.gle/Lbh3dALYayz3wD6t7

- 해야할일 1) 신청자가 많을 경우 활동 전에 인터뷰평가 가능(Only 튜터) 2) 주 1회(최소 2시간 ~ 최대 6시간) 1:1 튜터링 활동 후 활동보고서 작성 - 참여자 혜택: 1) 튜터 → 시간 당 15,000원/최대 66시간의 튜터링 활동비 지급 2) 튜티 → 전공 및 기초공통교과목(튜터링 받은 과목)의 성적이 향상될 시 50,000원의 목표달성 장학금 지급 3) 국제관 1층 International Book Cafe를 튜터링 장소로 사용 가능(국제교류처 일정에 따라 달라질 수 있음)

Dear Students, Greetings from the International Affairs Office! We are excited to announce the recruitment of tutors and tutees for the 2024 fall semester in each major(2024-2 전공튜터링). 2024-2 Tutoring Program Application Guide:
-Application Period: September 27, 2024 (Fri) ~ October 03, 2024 (Thurs)
Eligibility: Tutees: - Any foreign undergraduate students who face challenges in basic common subjects (mathematics, physics, chemistry) or struggle with their major subjects. - Any foreign graduate students encountering difficulties in their major subjects. Tutors: - Undergraduate students proficient in basic common subjects (mathematics, physics, chemistry) and their major subjects, especially those capable of tutoring regardless of nationality - Graduate students excelling in their major subjects and capable of tutoring, regardless of nationality Number of Recruits: 12 tutors and 12-24 tutees selected on a first-come, first-served basis. -Application Link: https://forms.gle/Lbh3dALYayz3wD6t7
Tutoring Period: October 7, 2024 (Mon) ~ December 18, 2024 (Wed) Qualifications: - 2nd to 4th year undergraduate students or 2nd year or higher graduate students with excellent grades. - Completion of at least 2 semesters, maintaining an average GPA of 3.5 or higher, with an A grade or higher in the subject to be tutored - Ability to explain subjects and their content in English to non-Korean tutees, with Korean as the primary language - Demonstrated patience and sincerity in teaching tutee students 2. Tutee Qualifications: - Foreign students seeking assistance in major and basic common subject learning - Foreign students aiming to enhance their scores in major subjects through peer learning, with the goal of receiving a scholarship for achieving specific learning objectives. ※※ Students who have received failing grades or are on academic probation are encouraged to participate in this tutoring program ※※
To-Do List: For tutor selection, interviews may be conducted if the number of applicants exceeds the available positions. Participants in the tutoring program must prepare weekly activity reports after each tutoring session, which should occur once a week for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. Upon conclusion of the tutoring program, students are required to submit a final paper summarizing their learning outcomes, what they have learned or shared, their experiences through reflection, and any feedback on the program. Attendance at the mandatory orientation (scheduled for October 7th, 18:00 ~ 19:00) and mid-term monitoring meetings is required.
Participant Benefits: Tutors will receive compensation at a rate of 15,000 won per hour, with a maximum of 66 hours. Tutees are eligible for a scholarship of 50,000 won upon demonstrating improvement in grades for majors and basic common subjects tutored through the program. The International Book Cafe on the 1stfloor of the International Hall (국제관) may serve as the venue for tutoring sessions (subject to change based on the International affairs Office’s schedule).
